1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the website of Brewster's Pizza LLC ("Brewster's Pizza", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, ordering food online, submitting catering requests, or enrolling in our rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Online Ordering & Payment Terms

Online ordering services are processed through our secure point-of-sale partner, Adora POS. When placing an order:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($USD) and are subject to applicable state and local sales tax.
Order modifications or cancellations must be made directly with the store via phone at (916) 625-0163 prior to food preparation.
Brewster's Pizza reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or ingredient stock limitations.

3. Rewards Loyalty Program

Enrollment in the Brewster's Pizza Rewards program allows customers to earn points on eligible purchases. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire if account inactivity exceeds 12 consecutive months. Brewster's Pizza reserves the right to amend reward tier structures or discontinue the program with reasonable notice.

4. Catering & Event Booking Policies

Catering inquiries submitted through our website are requests for booking and do not constitute a confirmed order until confirmed by a store manager. Large catering bookings may require a deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover food prep costs.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, graphics, brand names, product titles, custom recipes, text content, and site design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Brewster's Pizza LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of this website without prior written authorization.

6. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. You and Brewster's Pizza LLC agree that any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, online ordering, or services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
