In 1978, Brewster's Pizza opened its doors with a simple goal: to serve the Rocklin community with the freshest, most delicious pizza possible. What started as a single neighborhood kitchen quickly grew into a favorite neighborhood gathering spot.
At Brewster's, we believe that a great pizza starts with great crust. That's why our dough is prepared fresh daily and aged slowly to develop its signature texture and flavor. We then spread our zesty house-made marinara sauce, made with vine-ripened tomatoes and a secret blend of herbs.

Our commitment to quality extends to every topping. We use 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese and select meats, including our crowd-favorite pepperoni that curls into small crispy cups as it bakes, locking in savory juices.
Decades later, we remain family-owned and committed to the original recipe and philosophy. We are proud to partner with local high schools, youth sports leagues, and charity organizations to give back to the community that has supported us for so long.
